Our platfgorm trailers (except for models with side walls extension) have a new side wall profile made of anodised aluminum with an integrated C lashing groove. The new system brings the user real advantages in load securing. As an innovative solution, this standard equipment impresses with first-class quality and added value in practice. The special feature of the new construction are the galvanized lashing eyes screwed onto a carriage. These can be flexibly moved and positioned along the rail.

By attaching the lashing eyes to the side walls, there are no lashing eyes on the base plate. The rail is not only optimally protected against dirt, but the base plate can also be freely used. The goods can be positioned and stored flat along the sidewall without restrictions.

Another added value of the CFlexLock system is that the lashing eyes are equipped with a locking function. Two lockable positions of the lashing eyes are possible, flat as a practical position for stowage without rattling and in a 90° position for easy threading into the lashing bracket. Depending on the model, the trailers are either equipped with 4 lashing eyes for a vehicle length of up to 2.50 m or with 6 lashing eyes for longer models. The lashing eyes are certified with a tensile force of 600 daN per lashing point for all lashing angles (vertical, longitudinal, transverse). At the same time, additional lashing eyes can easily be retrofitted without tools. Additional slot nuts are clipped into the side wall profile and additional lashing eyes are screwed on.
