With the original Böckmann high-bed trailers in the twin-axle version you can master all heavy transport challenges with ease. They are especially designed to meet high demands and are perfect for convenient transport of heavy loads. But that is not all - this model is equipped with hinged side walls on all four sides. The robust and durable twin-axle models with lasting value naturally leave nothing else to be desired: the Böckmann range of accessories offers a wide choice of customised extras!

Steel corner posts with 4 mm wall thickness

are used to install a front ladder rack, steel grass rails or frame with canvas. Screwed and pluggable, easy to remove for unobstructed loading.
New hinge profile and sidewall with mechanical sealing

provide protection against splashing water from below. Side hinges prevent dirt from falling in.
Foldable sidewalls on all 4 sides

for comfortable loading and unloading from all sides.

Aluminium side wall extension

The robust, double-walled and anodized aluminium sidewalls extended to 500 mm create more space for your cargo (angle lever lock available as an accessory).

Flexible net hooks

The new flexible net hooks simplify placement of the container net along the side walls.

Steel grass rails 600 mm and 1000 mm

made of 3 mm steel with solid cross bracing. Pendulum lock, well thought-out lateral stops and additional pin system ensure particularly high stability. The full-length support profile provides optional support on the base side wall and reliable sealing. 3-sided pendulum with fixed front wall, can be mounted and removed without tools.

Box attachment (350 mm or 500 mm high), swivelling

With end-to-end support profile, pendulum locks and cleverly designed side stop. 3-sided pendulum and particularly strong due to the combination of 4 mm steel corner posts and the anodized double chamber aluminum profile. Can be mounted and dismounted without tools (angle lever lock available as an accessory).

Steel sheet attachment 600 mm

made of 3 mm steel with solid cross bracing. Pendulum lock, well thought-out lateral stops and additional pin system ensure particularly high stability. Steel sheet cover on the inside of the side wall

To reinforce the sidewalls, to enable a higher payload (compared to steel sidewalls) and for additional protection the aluminum sidewalls can be equipped with a steel sheet cover (only possible in combination with angle lever locks).

Universal flat tarpaulin

The universal flat tarpaulin can be used for all Platform Trailer models. The optionally available bracket for the tarpaulin ensures effective drainage of rain and spray water. Retrofitting of accessories is easily possible, as all attachments and extensions are included in the cut-out sections, even for the railings.

One-piece screen-printed floor

for a sturdy, bolted, and non-slip loading surface, multi-glued and sealed several times.
Jockey wheel

The standard profi class platform trailers come standardly with an autom. jockey wheel and a robust coupling (3.5 t total weight with a solid cast iron coupling).

New rattle-free and countersunk lashing bracket system

The new innovative Böckmann lashing bracket system simplifies securing a load. It is spring-mounted, rattle-free, easy to lock and it disappears into the floor when not in use and thus is out of the way.

Long-stroke locking device

to safely and quickly release and fix the sidewalls.

Hinges

Tool-free removal of sidewalls due to solid cast iron hinges on the aluminum sidewalls.

The angle lever locks guarantee safe and convenient closure of the side walls.

Drive-on rails

The original Böckmann aluminium drive-on rails make loading vehicles easier. The load capacity per pair is 2000 kg or 2700 kg. Always observe the permissible total weight or payload of your trailer. We recommend using the drive-on rails in conjunction with supports.

C-rail for window transport

Crystal clear: C-rails (only crosswise) for the installation of window racks.

Box attachment

The folding box attachment made of anodized aluminum increases the loading height by 350 mm – for a huge loading capacity (only possible with long-stroke locking device on the base sidewall).

Canvas systems

The PVC-canvas and frame construction safely protects your cargo from the influence of weather. Other canvas colours and heights as well as foldable canvas and frame constructions are available. You also can order individual lettering.

Storage case

The lockable storage case is very spacious with 440 x 150 x 210 mm and can be loaded with 20 kg max.

New telescopic crank drop legs

The telescopic crank drop legs for the standard platform trailers accelerate and simplify securing the trailer: Pull out the safety knob, fold down the telescopic crank drop leg and firmly lock it. Crank until the support firmly secures the trailer. Plug in the supplied crank and simply turn it.

Transport locking device

Use sidewall gallery and shut-off bars with anchor rail to securely lashing the cargo.
