Böckmann showcases comprehensive transport expertise

The construction machine transporters (BT-ST series) impress with numerous technical innovations that make the transport of construction machines even safer. The new TÜV-certified lashing system "DVariLock" offers a lashing force of 2000 daN at the lashing points. It is flexibly swiveling, rattle-free lockable, and can be recessed when not in use, allowing the trailer's full interior width to be utilized.

A reduced loading height of approximately 450 mm, combined with long, width-adjustable ramps, enables a shallow ramp angle of around 16 degrees. The hot-dip galvanized wheel covers of the new construction machine transporters are equipped with anti-slip coating and can be safely stepped on via the integrated steps. The standard bucket rest for construction machines provides additional convenience.

The new BT-ST series can be individually customized with a wide range of accessories, such as mesh sides, a mechanical winch, or LED perimeter lighting. The series is complemented by a new tridem model. The six wheels ensure improved stability on the road, especially when heavily loaded, and ensure that the transporter remains well-balanced even on uneven terrain.

The new machine transporters based on the flatbed design (MH-AL series) have also been thoroughly revised and offer well-thought-out detailed solutions as well as a robust construction. The new hydraulic lifting system enables easy tilting of the trailer using a hand pump. The so-called "EasyHold" function prevents unintentional lowering of the upper platform, as lowering is only possible via a valve. After tilting, the upper platform is securely fixed with rattle-free eccentric latches, preventing disturbing noises during transit.

The short, width-adjustable ramps provide excellent rear visibility and low air resistance for a more comfortable drive. Thanks to the optimally positioned LED marker lights, drivers always have a clear view of the trailer's width.

The MH-AL series is now also available in a tridem version and can be individually equipped with accessories such as an electric winch or an intermediate mesh.

In the area of vehicle transporters, Böckmann Fahrzeugwerke has redesigned its flatbed (AH models) and low-loader (AT models) car transporters.

The hydraulic lifting system with a hand pump enables an exceptionally shallow ramp angle of approximately 10 degrees when using the long ramps (accessory) on flatbed models and 13 degrees on low-loader models, significantly facilitating vehicle loading. A sturdy winch mount with a winch and pulley ensures easy and safe loading of vehicles for both model series.

The ramps of the flatbed car transporters are width-adjustable and can be adapted to different vehicle dimensions. After loading or unloading, the ramps can be securely stowed under the loading surface. For additional safety during transport, new safety blocks are available as accessories, which can be placed in front of or behind the vehicle's tires for extra security.
