Automatic jockey wheel
Wheel automatically folds up when the trailer is cranked up. (Some accessories)
Variable loading capacity
Optimum utilisation due to the large loading platform and an aluminium side wall of 300/350 mm or alternatively 500mm. (HL-AL 2514, HL-AL 2516 and HL-AL 3016 with 300 mm side wall height)
Side walls
Can be folded down on 4 sides for easy loading and unloading (HL-AL 2516/20F: Collision front wall with jockey wheel).
Hinges
Solid cast hinges - side wall can be unhooked in the horizontal position.
Integrated rail shafts
The Böckmann standard pro class platform trailers are prepared for receiving drive-on rails. This makes retrofitting easy.
3 locking variants
You have the choice between the long-stroke locking device, the lightweight toggle fastener (up to 2100mm internal width) or an adjustable professional toggle fastener.
Axle support and & V-tow bar
Very wide axle support surface connected with several bolts and bolted V-tow bar for best possible road handling - easily replaceable.
Floor and corner rungs
Optimum protection against moisture due to silicone sealing; solid, galvanised corner steel rungs for tarpaulin and hoops etc.
Cross and longitudinal beams
Solid longitudinal and cross beams are bolted to one another and with the outside frame for extreme strength.
Rattle-free and countersunk lashing bracket system
Rattle-free lashing brackets in the side panel with a spring ensure the secure cargo lashing. In the professional class (from HL-AL3218 professional class) they are easy to lock and it disappears into the floorwhen not in use.
