Quality in the details
Depending on model and features, not all the detailed solutions illustrated here are standard features or are available as accessories. Your Böckmann partner will be glad to help!

Double fastening for a better hold: the polyester roofs of the aluminium and plywood classes are glued firmly to the peripheral roof support aluminium profile and bolted permanently with V2A stainless steel bolts.

Well thought-out right down to the last detail: original Böckmann side braces of solid M-profile made of galvanised steel are extremely resistant to distortion for more stability in the superstructure and thus increased travelling comfort. The ends are protected by plastic caps to reduce the risk of injury to the horse.

Weighty Quality: the solid steel construction of the hot galvanised profile struts positioned on the rear ramp and with the large, open, welded-on supports, is particularly impressive because of the solid quality found in its finishing work. The rounded edges and the mounted protective caps minimise any danger of injury for the horses.

Inseparable: the original Böckmann Z-profile frame of galvanised special steel is bolted permanently to the superstructure with V2A stainless steel bolts.

Quality that you can see: Overlapping stainless steel bolting for extra stability between the frame and the superstructure.

The superstructure of the Böckmann plywood class: Finnish quality plywood (13-ply, glued, 18 mm thick) is coated with a special plastic to make it extremely weatherproof and colourfas

The superstructure of the Böckmann aluminium class: the anodised aluminium double web profile is convincing with its high stability, long service life and brilliant appearance.

The superstructure of the Böckmann polyester class: original Böckmann polyester sandwich structure (21 mm thick) with specially worked plywood core. In contrast to cheaper chipboard designs, this achieves an extraordinarily stable and robust design with a long service life.

High quality aluminium floor: The solid ribbed structure is placed crosswise as a substructure on the longitudinal beam chassis and withstand the toughest use. In the horse section the floor is strengthened by a closed profile (see left illustration) (standard for all polyester trailers).

Non-slip and 8 mm thick (no hammered surface): rubber floor covering fitted to thetrailer ( full bonded and sealed) gives your horse a good stand.
